Iconic rapper ‘FILMED living in Malaysia’ by Suge Knight’s son.
TUPAC Shakur is alive and living his best life in Malaysia, according to the son of the record boss who was with him the night he was shot. Tupac Shakur was pronounced dead after a drive-by shooting 22 years ago, but many refuse to believe he was actually killed.
Many claims suggest the rapper is still alive, with reports emerging this week that he was smuggled to Cuba with the help of Fidel Castro. But now, the son of Death Row Records boss Suge Knight has made a sensational claim that Tupac is, in fact, living in Malaysia.
In a video on Instagram, footage appears to show Tupac wearing a red jacket and hat. He posted it with the caption: “Updated video from Malaysia.” And it came after Knight previously posted images of an older-looking Tupac with a present day Beyonce and 50 Cent.
“Tupac is alive. He never left us,” he wrote while sharing the image on social media. Suge Knight’s son posted a video of an older man who looked a lot like Tupac and the record boss’ son also shared a claim that the Illuminati – a secret organisation believed to be in control of world events – were trying to silence his claims.
“You said too much,” the sinister direct message allegedly from the Illuminati read. “Time for you to go.” Knight responded: “The truth will be out and I’m not going anywhere.” It is not the first conspiracy theory to emerge about the rapper recently, either.
Last month, the private jet that “smuggled” the rapper out of the country was revealed. Details of his alleged escape route from the US to Cuba then emerged. And earlier this year, claims surfaced that he could be living in Somalia. Tupac was shot outside a nightclub in Las Vegas on September 7, 1996. The shooting was an act of gang retaliation, a Los Angeles Police department source told People last year.
The record boss’ links to the Mob Piro gang made Knight a target for rival gang Compton Crips. And it is believed Tupac was with Crips member Orlando Anderson in Las Vegas hours before he was shot. The source recalled: “It was simple retaliation: you mess with one of ours, we will mess with one of yours. If Orlando had never been jumped in the hotel, they never would have killed Tupac that night.”
Tupac and Suge Knight were in a car in Las Vegas when the rapper was shot in 1996 Retired Las Vegas Police sergeant Chris Carroll was the first officer on the scene of Tupac’s shooting and said his body fell out of the car “like he was leaning against the door”. “I grabbed him with my left arm, and he falls into me,” he told Vegas Seven. “He’s covered with blood, and I immediately notice that the guy’s got a ton of gold on – a necklace and other jewellery – and all of the gold is covered in blood. I didn’t realise that this is Tupac Shakur.”
Tupac, 25 at the time, was shot four times – twice in the chest, once in the arm and once in the thigh – as he pulled up outside Las Vegas’ Club 662 in a black BMW owned by Suge Knight.
Despite being placed in a drug-induced coma, he died from internal bleeding in hospital six days later. No arrest has ever been made in connection with his murder. To this day, the case remains open.
Six months later his rap rival Christopher Wallace, or Notorious B.I.G, was shot in similar circumstances in Los Angeles. His killer has never been found either. Tupac rose to fame with his debut solo album 2Pacalypse now.
Although his later albums would outsell his first on a massive scale, it established him as an important voice in the hip hop industry. From first appearing with the rap group Digital Underground, to starring in Hollywood movies, he gained a huge following. With hits like Dear Mama, California Love and All Eyez on Me, he was one of the biggest rappers of the 1990s.
